Dr. Nyambane Fredrick Monanti is a career teacher and an educationist. His education background started in Chekalini primary School, then joined Nyang’ori High School, both schools in Western Kenya. Dr. Monanti proceeded to Kenyatta University for a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Arts), then got a Master of Arts Degree in Literature from Moi University and then crowned it with a PhD in Literature from Maseno University. He has taught English Language and Literature in various secondary schools in Kenya. He has served as an adjunct lecturer of Literature at Kibabii University, Alupe University, University of Eldoret and Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology. He is currently serving as a lecturer of Literature at Kaimosi Friends University. He has authored a novel, number of short stories, Chapters in text books and contributed immensely in publishing researched seminal papers. His talent in creative writing is unique and worthy intellectual exploration.
